Jim CrockettManaging DirectorJim established Cumberland Consulting Group (Now Cumberland) in 1990 to provide advanced human resources strategies specifically tailored to an organisation. During his 25 years as a management consultant, Jim has assisted a wide and diverse range of organisations to more successfully manage and develop their people. He began his career with Wesfarmers then moved into management consulting in Perth before experience with PA Consulting in Melbourne, UK and Singapore and finally four years as Regional Manager in Perth. Jim has achieved exceptional results with executives and Boards of Directors in leading them to more effectively articulate and achieve their organisations’ goals. He focuses upon business planning, facilitation of senior management forums, performance improvement and leadership development. His academic qualifications and professional achievements include: Bachelor of Business and Master of Business from Curtin University, Certified Management Consultant, Past President of the WA Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants and Fellow of the Institute and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Jacqueline HaganThroughout 23 years of management consulting in Australia, Europe and the USA, Jacque developed particular skills in multicultural management development and expertise in organisational psychology. She has had outstanding success in helping organisations transform how they manage and develop their people. After several years in the USA, Jacque spent two years based in London with PA Consulting undertaking human resource assignments throughout Europe. In 1991 she returned to Perth and joined Cumberland Consulting Group (now Cumberland). Cumberland’s clients have found Jacque international expertise in organisational psychology has helped them greatly improve team interactions and human resource practices. Jacque has a Master of Psychology (University of Texas) and holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree with Honours (University of Western Australia). She is a Registered Organisational Psychologist in WA, immediate past Chair of the WA College of Organisational Psychologists, a Certified Management Consultant and a foreign affiliate of the American Society of Industrial and Organisational Psychologists. Cliff CarterCliff has over 15 years experience in the Human Resources industry specifically through his roles as Executive Manager of Human Resource Development with United Credit Union, Group Human Resources Manager with Marlows Limited and Human Resources Advisor with Foodland Associated Limited. Cliff offers a strong generalist HR background with particular emphasis on developing HR strategies, employee relations, capability development, industrial relations, remuneration and benefit systems, performance management, workplace planning, HR policy procedure and reporting, recruitment, change management and legislative compliance.
